Shipping service and rates
We are pleased to offer FREE FedEx International Priority shipping on orders over US$ 380.00 to over 47 countries around the world. Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated automatically by our system when you checkout.
Customs & Sales Tax
The order will be dispatched from Hong Kong. The International shipping rate does not include customs duties. If your country applies customs duties including Goods and Services Tax, "GST" and Value-added Tax, " VAT" to your order you will be responsible for paying these on receiving your purchase. An additonal charge required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, FedEx or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges due. In some circumstances, FedEx is required to pay certain duties and taxes, in advance on customer's behalf. FedEx may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release. In these instances, FedEx will assess an Advancement Fee that will be invoiced to the recipient. To get an estimated duty and tax rates you may contact your local customs office or call FedEx to obtain the landed cost estimate.
How long will it take
Some orders can be shipped within 5-7 business days if we have stones and mountings ready. Most orders are shipped within 21-30 business days. We will send you an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a FedEx tracking number. Shipping as a gift & packaging
All CARAT* jewellery is shipped in our exclusive branded boxes. Our boxes are tied with the CARAT* ribbons and can be sent to either you or a loved one by making a different shipping address when you check out.
Free shipping offer
CARAT* provides free shipping to orders that are over the value of GBP 260/USD$380. If an item is returned that received free shipping, then the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If an item is returned that makes the value of the remaining order less than GBP 260/USD$380 then the shipping fee will be deducted off the refund amount.
Delivery Time and Restrictions
Orders placed and confirmed by 1100 ( GMT+8) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 1100 (GMT+8) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
